| The Lost Turntable just posted some "Bread & Butter" remixes: www.lostturntable.com | ||||||||
| This band"s first LP was huge for me back when I was a confused early twentysomething in the early 80"s. It totally helped me get me through some obstacles and I will always love it (it still sounds totally great and I"ve warmed up to Bruiseology over the years as well). Thanks for putting this site together! | ||||||||

| I love the site! I"ve learned a great deal about this fantastic, overlooked band. I would really like to see that Whistle Test video if you have the means to digitise. | ||||||||
| Just one more: "I can"t deny it, I"ve been wanting this all of my life!" | ||||||||
| How much do I love The Waitresses? Twenty six years ago I made a t-shirt that says "Paitence means NEVER". Thank you for making a website that "Gives, instead of sucks the world dry." ("Noooooo problem, Patty: I"LL take care of it...") | ||||||||
| Man..where did all those years go. I listened to the album all the way through for the first time in about 25 years and it still sounds fresh and amazing. | ||||||||
| Love your music! I recently saw the video for Make the Weather. Super cute clothes! | ||||||||
| From the moment I heard them at 16 to today at 45 they continue to inspire my youth and my love for them still grows! | ||||||||
| Christmas Wraping just caught me ear this year. A Boston station was playing it very regularly. I thought it was a new song till I googled it. Great song and band. | ||||||||
| Chris Butler is an old friend of mine and the Waitresses used to crash out in my Boston apartment back in the day. I still love their music and I miss Patty. Merry Christmas. | ||||||||
| I am a big fan. Ever since I first heard I know what boys like in the soundtrack to the last american virgin. I treasured my copy of wasn"t tomorrow wonderful. | ||||||||
| I was able to see them live at "The Chance" in Poughkeepsie NY. This was on my birthday in 1983 (?) and I brought an album with me that they all autographed (and subsequently got smudged) Patty drew some big eyelashes on her image- I was young and it was all so cool. I was totally bummed when they broke up. I thought they were brilliant and I continue to appreciate their music these 25 years (ouch) later. Please Please Please do a reunion tour!! | ||||||||
| I first remember hearing "Christmas Wrapping" two years ago. It was awesome, so I had to check their music out further. I"m a fan. :] | ||||||||
| we were having a discussion at a work"s Christmas party about our favourite Christmas record and "The Waitresses" was mentioned. Encouraged me to read up on the band, it is good that Patty"s vocals and Chris" lyrics will live on in perpetuity:-) | ||||||||
| It just would not be X-mast without you. Having said that, you really do know what boys like and what boys want. | ||||||||
